Welcome to Triveni Marathi Shala

Triveni Marathi Shala is a community school for teaching Marathi language and culture. Primary audience is the children of Marathi diaspora. However, we welcome anyone interested in learning Marathi.

Marathi teachers all over the world are welcome to use the coursework and material posted on this site for teaching purposes. No permission is necessary.

News and Announcements

  • Triveni Marathi Shala started it's academic year 2011-12 on September 18. We welcome back all the students!
  • Classes will be held from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM on 2nd and 4th Sundays except when mentioned otherwise. Detailed class schedule can be found at the bottom of this page.
  • Location - Mason High School (6100 S Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason OH 45040) Classrooms - Z306, Z307, Z308, Z309, Z310 and Z311 - Located on the 3rd floor of Z-Pod wing.
  • There will be 5 grades this year. Please refer to the goals section to see the details.
  • Registration – If you have not already registered, please arrive at the shala 15 minutes before the start and fill out the registration forms. Parents may want to review the high level goals for each class and decide which class you want your child to attend. If you can not decide for yourself, we will have a recommendation for your student.
  • Fee – Annual fee of $50 per student is due at the beginning of the year. Please make checks payable to “Triveni Marathi Shala”.
